Lifestyle and Philosophy
By adulthood, every person has a lifestyle. They have built up a life of food, home, work, relationships, hobbies, and habits. Mentally, they have personalities, interests, ideologies, values, knowledge, beliefs, prejudices, and ways of reacting to situations. In all, there are lenses and gloves everyone is wearing that change how we perceive and interact with the world.
Philosophy allows us to apply logic to lifestyle, and figure out what is good and bad in what we do. We can throw out the bad, exercise the good, and adopt elements from other lifestyles. Through this, we can mold our own lives to be better than before. This is the most practical use of philosophy.
